At Thrifted Finds, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the return process simple and stress-free.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged)
  • Items must not be marked as final sale

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Return Shipping

  • We offer $3.50 flat-rate return shipping
  • The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at [lenadee004@gmail.com] with your order number
  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return label
  3. Pack your item securely and attach the label
  4. Drop off your package at the designated carrier

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [lenadee004@gmail.com] with photos, and we’ll make it right.
