Thank you for shopping with Thrifted Finds. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Processing times may be longer during:
- Holidays
- Sales events
- High order volume periods
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Shipping destination
- Carrier rates
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Orders
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We cannot guarantee changes after the order is placed
- Returned packages may require additional shipping fees to resend
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Thrifted Finds is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages marked as delivered
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. We will still do our best to help assist you.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
